What is Project onboard Denmark? 

Project Onboard Denmark is based on a three-year research project that aims to support small and medium-sized companies in Denmark to better recruit, onboard, and retain international employees. The research results are translated into innovative and easy-to-use online tools and workshops.

Who is Project Onboard Denmark for?

Project Onboard Denmark is for leadership teams of small and medium-sized companies who have hired international employees, are considering hiring international employees, or are simply curious.

It is also for HR professionals working across all sized-companies.

What do I do if I encounter technical problems? 

Please get in touch with the Project Onboard Denmark team via our Contact form. Try to be as specific as possible and add screenshots if possible.

I have heard about Project Onboard Denmark, but my company is not located in Denmark. Should I still use it? 

All of our tools have been developed drawing on the experiences, challenges, and expertise of Danish companies. You are welcome to use Project Onboard Denmark outside Denmark but you might not find all the tools relevant for you.

Who can sign up for Project Onboard Denmark?

Only the HR or leadership team can sign up and create a company profile. If you are an employee, you need to ask them to create a profile for the company and invite you.

How do I sign up?

If you are an HR or leadership team member, tap on the signup button in the upper right-hand corner and follow the instructions. You need to use your work email and have the company’s VAT number ready. If you are an employee, you must ask them to create a profile for the company and invite you.

How do I log in? 

At the moment, you can sign up for the newsletter only. We will let you know when the beta version of Project Onboard Denmark launches.

I forgot my password – what now?

In the log-in pop-up, tap reset password, and we will send you a new one to the email address used to register for Project Onboard Denmark.

Why do I have to provide a VAT number? 

The VAT number serves as individual identification, preventing your company from signing up several times by accident.

I don’t have a VAT number – what now? 

To sign up for Project Onboard Denmark, a VAT number is necessary. If you are an employee, your company must sign up for Project Onboard Denmark and can then provide you with a registration invitation email for employees.

Can I customise Project Onboard Denmark’s tools? 

Yes! All of our tools are designed to be adjustable to your company’s needs.

Which tools does Project Onboard Denmark have? 

We have two sets of tools optimised for your company’s HR or leadership team and for employees.

Is there a specific timeline for our company and/or employee to complete Project Onboard Denmark? 

The Project is designed to fit your individual company’s and employee’s needs. You can take as much or as little time as you see fit. However, we suggest a holistic onboarding process should run for 12-18 months.

Can I integrate Project Onboard Denmark into my current office systems like Google or Microsoft? 

No. However, you can send and share email invitations, reminders, and tool results in one click using your work email.
